Mat Pilates with Lynn

All levels are welcome!
Lynn will guide you through mat Pilates using a small, resilient hoop...used to strengthen the arms, shoulders, back, legs, and hips. The program provides strength and flexibility for the entire body, with particular emphasis on the core abdominal and back muscles. Bring your son or daughter if they are interested. No previous experience necessary, anyone can come! These are ongoing classes rather than sessions.
